My door was damaged for the majority of the time I had a unit there and I told I was only able to have it fixed one day of the week when the maintenance man was there, but I did not live in the area, so very inconvenient for me. My real issue with this was the MAJOR price increases that continued to go up drastically. At first it was just every year, then it went up even more than that in even shorter time periods, even though I had a unit there for a few years. The price had almost doubled from when I first got my unit in 2022 to when I just moved out in 2025.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the front office staff have been consistently frustrating.The team has come across as dismissive and uninterested in helping. Questions are answered in a rude tone, and I’ve often been made to feel like I’m interrupting their time — whether it’s due to personal phone use or a general lack of engagement. This behavior creates an unwelcoming environment and reflects poorly on your brand.As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to assist — none of which I’ve consistently received.I’m bringing this to your attention in hopes that it will be addressed, and that others won’t have to feel the way I did !
