My unit had mold in the ceiling and the team was very rude and not helpful. The experience was very unpleasant with customer service and the facility is disgusting. I am very unhappy with my experience.

Unsanitary rodent infestation. Staff is incredibly unfriendly. Price of the unit kept rising without notice and I kept being told I was “mailed” notice when that never, ever happened. One of the worst experiences of my life. Good riddance.

Raising the rental rates made it impossible to keep doing business with Cubesmart. It is a predatory business model with zero appreciation for long term loyal customers. Our unit became prohibitively expensive.

The Customer service that Help me Betsy was very helpful and knowledgeable. She informed me about everything I needed to know as a customer and if I ever needed any further help to call . She was great keep up the good work . Have a great and blessed day.

Terrible customer service. Seriously the rudest people in the city seem to all work here. That and the unreliable hours make this place a MUST AVOID.
