The staff can be friendlier

Betsy and Greg have provided great service as well as other staff members there.

The staff were often unhelpful and unkind. My items were covered in mice droppings. I took pictures and nothing was done.

Fees toooooo high

Price is way to high

My door was damaged for the majority of the time I had a unit there and I told I was only able to have it fixed one day of the week when the maintenance man was there, but I did not live in the area, so very inconvenient for me. My real issue with this was the MAJOR price increases that continued to go up drastically. At first it was just every year, then it went up even more than that in even shorter time periods, even though I had a unit there for a few years. The price had almost doubled from when I first got my unit in 2022 to when I just moved out in 2025.
