Unreasonable rate increases.I gave every opportunity by telling the contact on site what rate increase we would be willing to pay as I understand that prices of everything goes up eventually. These rate increases that they came back with were completely out of line and there ws no reason for it. They could not be justified, so we moved to another one with much better rates.

A few years ago there was water leaking from their ceiling onto my things. The insurance company paid me quickly for the damage.
