The manager here is always bugging and needs to mind her own business

Got locked in to gate my day of loading customer service service representative was extremely rude. Would not guarantee that no one would have access to my unlock door to my storage contacted. The site manager asked if I can get a temporary code to lock my door. He did not allow that or even relay the message which also prompted the store manager to come where she also did not let me into the storage unit to just simply lock my door. She was present. She could’ve followed me to the door and locked it herself or locked it with me, but stated that she could get in trouble. I don’t think that that is actually accurate information that would be if if she let me roam around alone that would have not have been the case. Also, I don’t not like the fact that you’re comparative rates or compared to your competitors would lock a price for 12 months reassure me that this will be implemented and applied to my account. Also, I don’t appreciate that. A lock is warranted or require required when I have the same cylinder lock that I could’ve used so I expect a refund for the $11 as well and if I have renters insurance, why am I paying $16 through your facility for insurance that I already possess? I want that refunded as well going forward.

More of an employee problem than a facility problem employees don't understand parts of or all of customer service

The property is very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and made our cross country move stress-free. Whenever we have had any questions or issues., they assisted us with speed and care! I highly recommend them!!

The location was clean , i always felt safe when accessing my stuff especially during the after office hours. Also a big thanks to Leslie, the manager always helpful and great to talk to.
