The location was clean , i always felt safe when accessing my stuff especially during the after office hours. Also a big thanks to Leslie, the manager always helpful and great to talk to.

Spotless clean, well lighted, secure, always temp controlled even in the summer heat. A lot more for your money, compare the prices! Much more reasonable.

tell you what Leslie is the best manager I ever came across in renting a storage unit. I was having huge trouble with my unit I was trying to reserve. She walked me thru the process and again website failed. She was in constant contact with me in the following days. Well dummy me finally got thru the website but I rented the wrong storage room. She called me and took care of the whole situation and big pain the butt was to get me straightened out great job Leslie!!!!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Request for Policy ClarificationMy wife and I rented a unit from Leslie, store manager. Our first day onsite wasn’t pleasant for us due to the interaction that occurred during our move‑in. As new customers, we were surprised by the unprofessional manner in which Leslie treated my wife. My wife went thru the office door due to her wearing a brace on her knee and was simply trying to take the shortest and most accessible route to our vehicle. Leslie scolded her and told her in a demanding tone, “I can’t have you guys using this door! You have to go thru the back door.” The tone of her voice was unwarranted which left us feeling disrespected. No customer should feel chastized while attempting to accommodate a physical limitation, especially in a facility where they are paying for service.The tone and approach used during this interaction did not reflect the professionalism, respect, or fairness that customers should expect from a business. We believe it is important that this experience be acknowledged and that steps are taken to ensure future customers are treated with courtesy and consideration.To ensure this matter is properly reviewed, I will be submitting this statement and a formal complaint to CubeSmart Corporate at feedback@cubesmart.com. It is important that this experience is documented so appropriate steps can be taken to prevent similar treatment of future customers.

Because they have poor customer service at the store in Rio Rancho 528. The lady was so rude and never answers her phone or responds to emails. She made my experience stressful and unpleasant. I will never come back here or suggest anyone to come here.
