Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The storage units were priced fairly. The facility was the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen.

Leslie is a great manager, very friendly and helpful. My unit was easily accessible and the building and property are always clean. I like the music playing while you are in the building.One suggestion would be to add a sign by the ramp by the doors to not block it so multiple people can use it with the carts. People back up to it then block access for others to use it.

I have had nothing but problems with your company! I had problems with the lock system since I had moved into my storage unit and kept asking the store manager Leslie ( by the way I think she was a lousy manager!) to get it fixed and she just kept telling me that she has to talk to her DM Andrew which was already 6 months and still was not resolved. She never followed up when she would tell me that she would call me back but never did! So, for this I give it a rating of 1 and will not recommend this company. I moved out to another storage company.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept.The only improvement that I would suggest is to change the unit numbering. Currently it is very confusing.

Inconvenient location, management is awful to employees in front of customers, too little carts for location, mandatory rental insurance but not allowed 3rd part insurance. Cost too high for value. No smart features at this location.
