Rates were raised within a few months. Staff seemed to ignore problems with elevator door. Facility was not kept clean.

I was excited to get a promotional rate but it was only one month later you guys changed my rate and made it higher by $45.

It’s very clean and easy to reserve a spot and cancel. It will not need any longer.

Very safe, well lit and clean. I was comfortable going tale at night and if I ever need storage in the future I will be going back. Customer service was always friendly and helpful as well.

Customer service by Leslie the manager was GREAT. The bait and switch pricing was terrible. It was already overpriced and increasing the price that soon was insulting enough foe me to move.

Leslie is a great manager, very friendly and helpful. My unit was easily accessible and the building and property are always clean. I like the music playing while you are in the building.One suggestion would be to add a sign by the ramp by the doors to not block it so multiple people can use it with the carts. People back up to it then block access for others to use it.
