Constant price raises which may be the norm

You go up on the rental rates every 4-5 months.

while you folks made the outside pretty, vermin infestation is still a big problem. Two price hikes in less than 18 months for no climate control, no interior lighting is a stretch for me to understand.

Rising Prices. As soon as I got notification that my monthly rate was going up AGAIN, I searched the website and found that a new customer could have rented my unit for less than I was paying before the rate went up. Why not reward loyal customers?

I only usdd your storage for 4 months and rent was raised 27% after only 4 months. We found a much cheaper solution quickly.
