They broke into my storage unit and I never heard anything about it after. It really upset me that no one was there for 2 days so there was no surveillance for my unit. I also didn’t notice there were no cameras in my section

Customer service representative at the facility told us out travel trailer would be safe! 14 days later our trailer was broken into. Plus we were charged for insurance that doesn’t even pertain to a parking spot. I have requested a full refund!
