the new manager was far too belligerent to have a conversation with or ask a pertinent question about the facility. there were signs of early stages of dementia when i requested a copy of the contract, she would lock you out of the facility if your account was more than 5 days late (another customer confirmed it because they were also locked out of the facility the month prior). she threatened to lock me out even being one day late - even though the late fee is not charged until 10 days after due date. i was charged for an insurance binder i don't need because i carry homeowners insurance for the contents in storage - i had to contact your corporate office to get it removed, i also filed a complaint with corporate about her unprofessional behavior but was never contacted by your field representative that was supposed to reach out to me. i don't think your manager at store 0284 represents the company Cubesmart very well :( I hope Cubesmart can find a better employee that will be more helpful to your customers and represent Cubesmart more positively) current unemployment rate is 8% for 18 to 25 age group. I hope this inspires Cubesmart !

Rod iron Fence next to my unit had a huge hole cut open and homeless were constantly getting in, breaking into campers stored there. Fence was never fixed even though managers complained to corporate. Prices were too high, unit was nice area was kept clean but I did not feel safe alone a working in my unit.

Because of harassment from staff all the time and my property inside my unit got very wet several times and nobody made any repairs ever. The insurance company didn't want to pay me the amount to replace my damaged property
