The outside door to unit is never locked.I complain to management they never had anything done. To secure my unit from wandering people onto the property. My unit was broken into and a random lock was placed on it. I have yet to receive a response from management.

Price was good at the beginning. It was raised almost 100% in the two years I used it. I got the exact same thing so for nearly twice as much it became a ripoff.

1) Too many break ins. I've lost many things having two breaking. Other people also told me there story about losing valuables to break in. 2) Unfair rent increases 3) I'm having to dispute the $253 charge that was taken after I moved out.

My unit was broken into and robbed last year. I wasn't notified. 5 days later I called there to ask a question and at that time was told about the break-in. Looking in to it I asked the mgr "who did it?". I figured their gate code had to be entered and that would tell her. She told me she knows who but will only tell the Police. 5 days later she let the same guy into the site and he robbed my unit again. The same unit. She knowingly let him come in because he said he had to empty his unit because he was moving out. I've been a musician for 63 years. I had a 5 foot long duffel bag full of cables, electronic devices and 2 bank bags full of expensive connectors. I had collected them for 35 years. Some of them were no longer being made. They cost me hundreds of dollars and were probably worth thousands. That bag weighed around 50 lbs. They took a new guitar amplifier I had. They broke my computer. They stole 30 years of recordings done on analog magnetic tape. Dozens and dozens of projects I had worked on as a studio manager, engineer, in-house composer and guitarist. A lot of other irreplaceable items. I was inadequately re-imbursed for these things by the insurance company I was compelled to use by the site manager. I got my unit for $98 and in a period of less than 4 years my rate kept increasing it got to $210.00 it's just a parking spot. Then when i moved out I had to talk to a different office because the office where my unit was never answered the phone. I moved out on the 18th of April and they are claiming i left on the 27th of May probably to avoid prorated payment back to me I'm still getting a notice this morning that my payment is due. This company doesn't have the courtesy to call they lied about my move out date.

My storage unit was burglarized and I lost many valuable items. They asked me if I swept it out when I closed out the account. lol This place is a joke.
