Location was secure and clean. While it was difficult to get a hold of someone onsite by phone, in person they were very friendly and helped me after losing the keys to my lock. Email communication was swift and extremely helpful. The app for entrance allowed us to avoid maneuvering to the keypads. Overall, one of the best storage facilities I have ever used.

Horrible experience at this location. I parked my RV for storage and within the first week it was vandalized. I lost my backup camera and a gps screen. My son wanted to use the rv for the Thanksgiving weekend so we went to the facility to bring it home to wash it and get it ready for a trip. On leaving the CubeSmart the exit gate was not working and we couldn't get out. I called the manager, no answer. We had to exit the entrance gate while boosting my 11 year old grandson over a10' fence to code out of the place. Went to the gas station just to find the fuel line had been cut.

I like how secure it is.

Employee started off professional but she gave a e unit cheaper but didn’t reimburse me. Made me buy a lock when I got one for free as a welcome gift. Very misleading.

I have had no response and 2 returned emails regarding reimbursement of the last payment I made. I emptied and cleaned the unit 10-28-25 well before the payment period began and payment in full was made.

Well it's been a whirlwind for sure. I would love to say that it's been a great experience. The staff has been great, especially Justin. But corporate has not been my friend. And they have not even reinforced the units so where I'm not being robbed. And they keep raising the rates, like a lot. Not even just a little bit, like huge big chunks of increase in a short amount of time, with little notice. So much so to where I've had to work my butt off trying to juggle everything. Struggling to pay the rent. And sadly I have no compassion from the upper end. No bueno.

Prices too high per size

Justin and Tammy were great. Their Customer service skills definitely made me feel welcome and allowing me to see the size of the storage units in person definitely helped me make my decision alot easier.

I have used CubeSmart in multiple states (New York City, New Jersey, California, etc.) and have always had great experiences and terrific prices, as well!When I checked into my most recent unit at the Riverside, CA location on Fairgrounds St, the manager there Justin was world-class in his knowledge and customer service skills! Extremely professional!

Rental fee goes up real high.
