I was told I could get a refund because they charged me for the month of December and closed my storage on December 4th and I got a call saying they can’t refund me they are charging me for a month of having the storage when I don’t have it anymore.

Poor customer service from the front office. I’ve called, emailed, left message and received zero response on multiple occasions. When I stored my vehicle there, someone stole the tire right in front of the security guard. He said he “thought they were supposed to be there.”
