Customer service representative at the facility told us out travel trailer would be safe! 14 days later our trailer was broken into. Plus we were charged for insurance that doesn’t even pertain to a parking spot. I have requested a full refund!

💯 the manager Ron was my reason for choosing the Riverside location and renting there. I had been at a facility down the street but wasn't happy with how they ran it. Things were always dirty and repairs ignored. Opposite at this facility. Ron kept things clean and safe. Great customer service always.
