The promotion for first month rent free got me into this CubeSmart. The lady that runs it is the reason I would have stayed, if I wasn't moving out of the area. She was absolutely fantastic - extremely courteous and very helpful in every interaction I had with her. The building was kept comfortably cold, while she was welcoming and warm.

I would absolutely recommend CubeSmart in Riverview, FL. The staff was incredible throughout my entire experience—friendly, professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were being stored in a safe and cared-for environment. They also offer a variety of storage unit sizes, making it easy to find the perfect fit for your needs.If I ever need storage again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location. The price of living is already overwhelming high and the price for our unit which is small to begin with has increased dramatically. Loved having it because we kept our Christmas decorations and other small items stored.

Because your staff have been wonderful

Positives: Staff are helpful and always genuinely friendly. The storage area is well cared for and clean. Location is in a safe neighborhood.Negatives: Price has increased on a yearly basis. Cube Smart no longer gives one month "free" for paying a full year's rent.
