Just great customer service and ease of rental. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. The staff even took us to rental and compared to ensure we were getting what we needed. They were honest and up front with every detail. And the app is super easy and nice.

Great place with outstanding staff

Gerry was always very good to work with. Disappointed with the consistent rate hikes…believe we started at $135/month until last bill was $220. Also space was was very tight…another foot or two would have made getting our pull behind camper easier to get in and out.

Cube Smart does not honor grandfathered in agreements and they do not cater to businesses or long term tenants in regards to convenience or pricing in any regard. The only reason I remained at this facility as long as I did was due to the service from staff on-site and the convenience of location. The pricing and rate increases that are imposed upon long term tenants with longevity is border line disrespectful to say the least. Cube Smart should really consider a more professional and beneficial approach when catering to long term tenants and Businesses utilizing their space. One size fits all approach is not sustainable when it comes to Business Tenants.

Because Ms. Jeri at HWY 301 Riverview, Florida was AWESOME I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER STORE TO ANYONE. She made us feel very welcome my stuff was there for 5 years and she was wonderful.You need more people like her working for your company.
