You raised the rates to $168.00 which is not acceptable for an outdoor space. Your rates went up every year without providing anything additional to the customer.

I had a outdoor space under a tree and always had to clean out leaves, sticks and limbs. The monthly rat has increased from $90 to $168 for an outdoor space which is unacceptable.

I was very satisfied the years that I had the storage been but the day that I moved out, the lady was very rude in the office and had walk from the office all the way back to the storage van of 320 which was a good way take a picture of it and then walk back as hot as it is and she was not friendly at all. It is not the lady that I met when I moved in there, she was just very rude but with the young man and the lady that I deal with when I moved in there and was there for a few years were very nice but the lady that was there yesterday, which was 10 July was definitely very very rude

Renting the unit went smooth and the area feels safe.

Cockroaches everywhere. Mouse poop everywhere. People hangout in their cars out back. It’s just ODD. The gate never works. I will be immediately getting my stuff out as soon as i can and going somewhere new.
