I found the cleanliness of the space and the local staff to be outstanding. I continued to feel trapped and taken advantage of with the pricing, excessive increases, and, most recently, an unwillingness to provide a long-time client any discount whatsoever.

Your price increases over the YEARS that I had my unit with your company were insane. When I first began renting from you I was paying around $60 per month. My last several months with you (I believe it jumped to this rate at the start of 2026) I was paying $120+. My rate basically doubled. What a joke.
