Facility is clean, temperature-controlled, accessible 24/7 with security measures, and priced well. Indoor parking to load and unload car, with carts always available. Staff (Mary) is incredibly helpful. I was able to downsize easily to the space I needed after moving a lot of items out, saving a lot of money.

The CubeSmart facility particularly in Deerfield, IL is clean, safe, quiet, well lit, has good temperature control, garage access, complimentary trollies, elevators, a rental truck, and a front desk that answers the phone and returns calls.

It is newer and clean facility. Friendly staff. Easy access. App made it easy to enter and exit. Had just the size I needed. Convenient location was available. I would only comment that the storage units are clean, but the bathroom was always quite disgusting. They should really get a handle on that. That was very disappointing.
