Very nice staff

I was given a great rate at first but after a few months it jumped dramatically for no reason. It feels dishonest like an illegal and unethical bait and switch.

Cheaper rates

After renting a locker and paying bills on line for more than 10 years, the local company side that they could not give us a few extra days to get out without paying another month's bill. So much for valuing your long time customers!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager at the facility Julia has been super kind, responsive, and helpful, ensuring I have all my questions answered for a smooth storage move-in.

Very friendly and helpful

We are long term storage renters (for many years). Rates were increased too quickly by CS and by a large percentage each time. We understand reasonable increases, but our 10x10 climate controlled for $180+ was unreasonable. We are now in a 10x10 climate controlled for $55, but we would have been happy to stay with CS if the rates hadn’t increased by such high percentages.
