Very friendly and helpful

We are long term storage renters (for many years). Rates were increased too quickly by CS and by a large percentage each time. We understand reasonable increases, but our 10x10 climate controlled for $180+ was unreasonable. We are now in a 10x10 climate controlled for $55, but we would have been happy to stay with CS if the rates hadn’t increased by such high percentages.

Easy move in and out, clean facility

Management was so lovely to deal with and I had a great experience with my storage needs here.

Prices have been increasing exponentially and it got to the point that it was no longer cost effective

More concerned about money than truly helping their customers. I was paying $150 when I moved out for a rat infested facility. I have to deep clean & disinfect everything. Go inspect the property & take the proper measures to get it under control. Your leadership needs to…lead. Be well.
