Paul and Markie were very helpful with my reservation and move in. The unit and facility is very client and well managed. My experience was overall very good.

The management at the Greece, NY location are awful at communicating. They are incredibly unprofessional. At various times the security of the premises was abysmal with the side door completely broken and management making little to no effort to repair this in a timely manner or making renters aware of the security concerns.

This new facility is clean and well-run. The staff team was great to work with. They took the time to find an open locker in the right size that was close to a door for convenient access (we're seniors), gave us a good orientation, and made sure we got the discount that had brought us into this location in the first place. Close to each code-access door, they stage two moving carts (dollies), which means you don't have to bring your own dollies or hand carts; their flat carts are bigger and easier to work with! We were able to unload our trailer and get everything into the storage locker in no time. Having code access from 6 am - 10 pm means we know we can have quick and convenient access to anything we need from storage in short notice. Having the facility completed closed from 10 pm - 6 am adds a level of security for us and for our belongings.

The building is clean and the storage unit is easy to access. Getting into the building with a code is also easy. The initial sign up was also simple and stress free.

Between the friendly staff, the functionality of the facility and the location it just hit all of the marks. It is pretty expensive relatively, that is the only gripe I have. Thank you for your business.
