The facility was always very clean. Employees always friendly and helpful. I always felt safe going to my storage units at any time of day or night, as it was so secure.

Staff were very helpful in helping me determine the size unit I required. Facility was ALWAYS clean, and climate control was excellent. I had 24 hour access, and felt safe going at any time, even when the office was closed.

CubeSmart (CS) is very reliable. I had to drop off some items today (09/22/2025) and the staff at CS was very helpfulin getting the truck dock open without delay.

The facilities and staff were wonderful, the unit was perfect for my needs, and the price was reasonable. CubeSmart would be improved by more price transparency, specifically when it comes to price increases (as price increases seem to be standard and therefore deserving of more transparency).
