Clean convenient , great customer service!!

When I got there, prices changed ended up having to buy your lock for $20 your insurance $16 a month send it depends on where the storage unit was how much the price was

During my move out I had a bad experience with the closing staff wouldn't help with the lock

The process of renting the storage area was easy and the gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and very accommodating.The very 1st day we had a problem after hours and called the 24/7 number and it was addressed right away. Facility is clean and because it is located in a shopping mall the parking lot is well lit and security seems strong.

The two persons at the front desk, they are very friendly and professionally trained.
