The cost of Cube Smart-Rochester Hills is quite a bit more expensive compared to other storage companies in the area. It doesn't help that just before I closed my unit that the price jumped $60 a month. That and the "convenience fee" for paying by card online is NOT, NEVER HAS BEEN, AND NEVER WILL BE OKAY! I had been a customer at this location for about 10 years (since it was Rochester Mini Storage) and it has unceremoniously changed to Storage Sense, then to Cube Smart. It used to be a friendly place, and reasonably priced. Now, it's like everyone else: corporate coldness and very expensive for what's offered.

Bugs got to my stuff and, even though I tarped the ground and kept the door shut some of my stuff (including an ancient and rare copy of The Hobbit that I had inherited from my late uncle) was destroyed.
