I love the fact that CubeSmart is always secured with the heavy duty rolling gate, AND that I can open the gate with the app on my phone, which is so much easier than leaning out the window to squint and poke at the keypad. The floor is elevated above the drive, so even a heavy rain is unlikely to leak into the storage compartment. The store manager is friendly; and helpful, and the storage fees are reasonable. I do foresee a time when I will need storage again, and I will certainly use CubeSmart.

The price increase were significantly high.This with a very short period of advice. My storage unit went from $190 to $253 per month in 2 years. This is a 33% increase which is, on my perspective, abusive.
