My price went to over 2 times the price oa larger unit online and available. When I complained you only raised it $4, so now it's slightly unit twice the price of a larger unit.My advise... need it for a few months cubesmart is OK. If you want to keep it for a while, tour price will go up dramatically and you can't pay ahead.The staffs AWESOME on Livernois!!!But cheaper and more flexible before CubeSmart bought them.

The cost of Cube Smart-Rochester Hills is quite a bit more expensive compared to other storage companies in the area. It doesn't help that just before I closed my unit that the price jumped $60 a month. That and the "convenience fee" for paying by card online is NOT, NEVER HAS BEEN, AND NEVER WILL BE OKAY! I had been a customer at this location for about 10 years (since it was Rochester Mini Storage) and it has unceremoniously changed to Storage Sense, then to Cube Smart. It used to be a friendly place, and reasonably priced. Now, it's like everyone else: corporate coldness and very expensive for what's offered.
