It is impossible to budget your funds when the rent on the cubesmart space goes up so often. I believe it was every six months. The space is not as safe as it was when we first moved in and yet there is no reason for the increased rental fee.

A clean, climate control environment. Plenty of transport carts available. Reasonable prices for the space.

You kept going up in price

I started storing @ CubeSmart because I try to support black owned,and/or operated businesses. I began paying under $40, and ultimately I was being charged right at $100/month. It would be understandable if there had been renovations, etc., but it was solely because in fine print they explain to you that they can raise the rent whenever they wanted. The fact that they raised the rent sky high, but wouldn’t even allow for anywhere to dispose of garbage on their premises is beyond me! Also, there are no bathrooms in the entire facility which is unreal for the price I was being charged.

nice customer service and storages are clean
