I went through the entire process online on a Sunday to get a specific outside unit and store my VW van along with other personal items. The online process asked if I was storing a vehicle and requested the make, model, license, and VIN (which I provided). When I got to the location to pick up my key/access I was informed for the first time that I couldn't store a vehicle at the location. This was in direct contrast to the online process and paperwork.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient to campus and had the size unit i needed. Manager took the time to showed me the unit to see if it was want I really needed. It was perfect.

The storage building is clean, The unit I'm renting is spacious and clean! Management is hands down knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with!
