Grounds and facilities are pretty dirty.

The storage unit has a large structural pillar (or column) in the middle/corner that significantly restricts the usable space.

The space was clean, well kept, had easy access, and good staff. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for conditioned storage space.

Cleanliness is low, the snow is rarely taken care of/salted, when it rains the back ramp turns into a flood ramp, the entrances have garbage from careless other renters, people walking the streets

It was a very simple process to both sign up as well as end the relationship with Cube Smart - Venus, the store manager in Rockford was very helpful during the ending process.

Absolutely wonderful storage totally clean and spacious convenient and was amazing to store with.

Few months ago the ‘rent went up’ in my area I guess? And it went from about $130 to $165. Just for my washer and dryer to sit not in use is a lot. I got my stuff out and sold it because how much I’ve spent on storage I could’ve bought a brand new washer and dryer. I constantly would see bug traps too because this area has roaches. Disgusting.
