I appreciate the cleanliness, security and helpful staff at CubeSmart, but dislike how every few months the price goes up – making it frustrating to have to move to a new storage company because of the continual pricing increases.

CubeSmart's business practices are unethical and borderline business extortion. I have been doing business with CubeSmart since 2015 at various locations throughout the United States, and never have I had to deal with the crazy rate increases that Rockford imposes on their customers. I was told by their office representative that every 3-4 months, they increase their rates 25-40%, so whatever move-in deal you may think you are receiving, is strictly smoke and mirrors.

Price and water leakage

Don was very helpful and so nice. We had a little bit of a hiccup getting started. I just wish that the key pad was designed to come forward a little more so people don't have to get so close to the poles. Im sure Im not the only one that finds it awkward. But, so far so good.

Clean secure facilities. Don the mananger was friendly and knowledgeable. The unit fit our needs.

Everything went smooth and easy. Fred and Don made everything easy!!

The facility outside is very neat and clean. If I had questions, I always got an answer. It was convenient to my house.
