They were friendly enough. When I brought my stuff to storage the electricity was out and I was told they are coming tomorrow, he ran an extension cord for me which was nice,the next day I came to out more and the lights were still out...noe it's thus many days later I have gone to take things out because without them being there to run an extensioncord with a ligth hangingto see in there. I had to use my phone gFlashlight as well..the electricity is still out .I went on this past Sunday they were not open yet..he did mention when I got the unit that is 1245 that I could upgrade but it would cost more .no thank you .it was an indoor storage with two doors ,one to get in the facility where the storage is and two keys .I I went back and got everything out this past Sunday. Still no electricity and they weren't there to help run the extension cord but he kept telling me they are fixing it..

Manager is down to Earth and very helpful.

The unit I got doesn't have any lights something wrong with the lighting on the ones that carry my unit . He did plug in lights and said it would be fixed
