Payments were easy, the staff were super helpful and welcoming.

Ease of reserving a unit as well as price are factors as to why I gave the above score.

CubeSmart rental prices were somewhat high to begin with, and prices were raised even higher. It is too expensive.

Location is close to home. Indoor heated storage kept my storage in good condition. Easy access to entering storage facility. And, friendly staff.

I feel staff enters your storage unit without you knowing it but always trying to say no one that goes in the unit. Not sure you can tell things have been moved around and how you left it and it’s terrible how they keep increasing the rates!!

For one reason is you charge to much for late fees , and seems like you can`t get the right answer from the person that is suppose to be in charge . One person tell you one thing and talk to someone else they tell you anther thing . They don`t want to wave fees because this is the charges .

They was very very nice and respectful to me and I like the unit that I rented from them
