Multiple reports of suspicious activity went completely unanswered.Incredibly irritating toy/car alarm on rear door should be replaced with a real one - maybe one that CHANGES ITS CLOCK WITH DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME, maybe even one that calls the police.Rent increases outpace Elon Musk’s accumulation of wealth.

Facility is very secure and clean. Team members are CubeSmart are very professional, friendly and extremely effective at the jobs. Communications were excellent and dealt directly with renting storage space at CubeSmart, without offering extraneous or unrelated service.

clean facility, and nice staff at the location. The payment options were difficult on the website, not sure why. The price was outrageous after the introductory price was over. For the size of the unit, it was reasonable at first, but afterwards, I could have financed by own storage shed. I will never understand why the price changes for existing tenants, except pure greed. You don't service the community that way.. I would much rather have low/no vacancies, than teaser rates to fill and then force tenants out because you increase the price so outrageously.
