I had not problems, but the price increased from $164 per month to $260 per month. fuel costs went up, but not 59%. Too much to spend on a storage unit.

bathroom in building not accessible. door to office always locked. difficult using pod for my final move because no support from property manager to allow it to be there overnight.

Alex, at the CubeSmart Rockville, MD location was very courteous and professional. He took his time to explain the contract in great detail, answered my questions, showed us the storage unit we had reserved. I was very comfortable after meeting with Alex and was impressed with the security at the facility. I would recommend CubeSmart to other friend/family members based on my experience at the Rockville facility.
