The storage facility was great. The price increases were ridiculous. For that reason alone, I would never refer anyone to CubeSmart.

The property and location are very accommodating to larger vehicles and very well maintained.The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended this site to many of my customers and have only heard great things about their experiences.

In the 3+ years I had this storage unit I had only excellent interactions with the staff. The units are clean and climate controlled. The only hiccups were occasional problems with one of the two elevators in the building. Nevertheless, I would use the Rockville, MD Cube Smart again if the need should arise.

I had not problems, but the price increased from $164 per month to $260 per month. fuel costs went up, but not 59%. Too much to spend on a storage unit.

bathroom in building not accessible. door to office always locked. difficult using pod for my final move because no support from property manager to allow it to be there overnight.
