I am very disappointed with the experience I had at Cubesmart… Over the years I rented, there was a notable decline in maintenance & property management. When my rent was increased 25% only weeks after a disappointing incident where there was computer failure at the access gates combined with failure of local management to assist or follow up, that was the final straw.

Storage unit was clean and useful

Locked bathrooms. Office frequently not open during posted working hours.

Reps are great!!!

Alex was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

Staff was helpful and space was clean

Price increases are very large and too often

The gates are always broken. The door to the building is always broken. The managers are never there and never answer their phones. I’ve been stuck there several times unable to get out and no one ever came to help. I even had to call the police once because all these people were trapped behind the gate.
