I was a client for so many years but the last year customer services was really bad, made be so mad all the time and for me they are deshonest, i had a 5x5 and i decided to rent a 5x7.5, i made my reserve and paid my first month which was the locker, insuranse and a 29 dollars fee, total 45 dollars, i cancel it because when i go to the unit was the same size what i have, they lie and when i ask my money back they just gave me 19 dollar back , they take my other money, never again, so i decided move out and day before y pay for this month 67 dollars, i do not asking to get it back because they are going to give me excuses, so they can enjoy my money

Facility location to me is great. Access has been spotty and I have been locked in a couple of times. Rat infestation with no resolution offered, and escalating prices based on market. Price goes up but never comes down based on supply and demand.

I am very disappointed with the experience I had at Cubesmart… Over the years I rented, there was a notable decline in maintenance & property management. When my rent was increased 25% only weeks after a disappointing incident where there was computer failure at the access gates combined with failure of local management to assist or follow up, that was the final straw.
