Price increases are very large and too often

The gates are always broken. The door to the building is always broken. The managers are never there and never answer their phones. I’ve been stuck there several times unable to get out and no one ever came to help. I even had to call the police once because all these people were trapped behind the gate.

The new management is super helpful for acquiring a unit, etc. The facility is in disrepair...gates not working, occasionally doors not working and bathrooms have been closed for a long time. While I'm able to access my unit, a 10 would be warranted if security and amenities were reestablished.

From my experience, I've noticed the staff could be very dismissive, curt and unprofessional. Communication is awful. There's no need to leave a voicemail because you'll never get a return call. I even contacted the district Manager and never received a return call. The facility needs to be maintenance consistently with the amount of money we pay.

Our belongings remained in good condition - your facility is clean, attractive and well maintained.One reason is that the cost kept rising ( see below), the other is that it was impossible to reach anyone to ask and get answers to questions. An employee was there at last to give some help when we couldn't enter - the code didn't work - and to tell us how to check out (basically no check out, you just leave) but I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone or an email ever. The last employee (afternoon shift) was rather strange and unfrendly a couple of days ago - we left a cone by mistake and I asked if they had found it, he just replied no. There must be a lost and found, no? If anyone found or finds a green cone, please advise!Thank you for keeping our things safe and sound.
