gate was broken so many times I had hard time accessing my unit

Despite myself leaving several messages and customer service leaving several as well, the Site manager never returned the phone calls. When I finally called again after 4 days, he finally picked up. He said he never received any of the messages.

Very easy and simple also customer service was A++ . Greeted promptly and very detailed with all my questions I had.

It was easy to set it up online. I was happy to get the storage unit and access to it within one day. Only problem was trying to get the manger over the phone, but eventually he called me back.

I like Cube Smart because the facility was safe, convenient, nicely located, and my unit (6260) was always secure. I never had an issue accessing the facility even very early; my access code always worked!
