Too frequent price increases, office often empty

Lack of in person customer service and it was a struggle trying to get someone on the phone.

You terminated my lease without my asking for it to be ended.

Clean / newer facility. Customer service terrible. We went three days in a row during normal operating hours and no one was to be seen in the office. I called multiple times to customer service. After the 3rd phone call, the rep i spoke to said she reached out to the emergency contact for that location and left a message. I never heard back from anyone. I wanted to downsize my storage unit, but cubesmart made impossible so forget it. Also, the gate was left open multiple times and whenever the elevators stopped working, there was no notice put on the front door. All of these complaints come from multiple customers at this location in Rockville. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.

I have only been a customer for a few days. And I really don't like all these surveys!Cube Smart seems fine. They have a small size storage locker for my needs. I wish they had reduced rates formilitary veterans!

Constant rate increases when same unit in same building was 50% less. No one ever answered phone when calling the physical location.

Great place to rent. Not all sizes available

Clean, well-run storage facilities.

The service was wonderful. The staff was great. The multiple raises in the cost eventually made the price of renting unreasonable and unwarranted.
