there was no one on site to help, and i was not refunded the money that i was charged for almost an entire month. seemed like a slap in the face after dealing with incredible price hikes over the past 5 years.

Elevators not always functioning. Location is not always staffed . Albert is great to work with excellent service he tends to work during the week. Yet the rest of the staff on the weekends are rude and not very helpful , they just tell you to go to the website . Perhaps it’s harder to staff on Saturdays . Also the gate tends to breakdown often and the lights in my units have been out of service for several months and apparently it’s an issue in other units as well. I was told they need special lightbulbs that are not in the office . The motion lights on my aisle don’t always turn on as well. But the place is clean and I feel safe at all hours there and Manager Albert is helpful, so that’s why I did a 5 . If the rates can stay decent I’ll keep storing my stuff there .

The unit was clean and I never had any issues. I gave a low rating bc I think the price increases were way too large of an increase. $115 to &144 and then $144 to $179. That is ridiculous.

The staff at the facility was very helpful and it was a well-maintained facility. The price did seem to go up an awful lot, though.

CubSmart is conveniently located for me. The staff is very nice, the place looks clean, but could be a little bit cleaner (you can see some small debris here and there on the carpet). I don't get carpet in the hallways though, cement floors would be better for cleaning, washing floors to keep them cleaner. The gate access, availability of carts, elevators, all are working well. I like my unit location close to the elevator, so it all works well for me. There doesn't seem to be any security cameras on the unit floors, I only saw one a few feet away from the entrance door, looking towards the parking in the back. I would feel safer with one right at the door, and one on each hallway on the floors.
