I have been very pleased with the cleanliness and a real person answering the phone. The only reason that I did not give a 10 is that the gate and elevator both have had issues preventing easy access on in the case of the elevator any access at all. Upgrade the maintenance and I would give CubeSmart a 10.

Due to a non working elevator I was unable to move out of my rented cube as planned. I was charged for an extra month and denied access to my cube until the elevator was repaired. I was promised a refund; but three months later I have yet to receive the refund or any communication as to why the refund has taken so long. I did not answer this questionair because I was waiting to say nice things, but not until I received the refund. Now three months have passed so I feel it is time to reply to this message and give a score of 1.

Very helpful and quick with combining storage units

This facility was a shining example of cleanliness and care. The office staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism, even when they were hard to reach. While the District Manager's approach could improve, it reminds us that we all have room to grow. The unit cost may be high, but it reflects the value of quality and dedication.

Management and lack of customer service skills. My mom and I had been customers for years st this location and found as the years went on the lack of customer service deteriorated over time. This last straw was the reason why we decided to leave this location and move our stuff to another .

It is a clean environment and I feel safe in the building.
