I felt safe going to my storage unit. It was airy and bright. Recently though, they have used most of the walking space to put in extra units. Not only does it appear scary and dangerous, but there is not enough space for two carts to pass each other. Money is important, Customer safety takes priority. They closed up most of the windows. There was a window straight ahead as you walked in, and that's gone: Which gives a creepy feeling.

Price was good

Not enough staff on site.The app doesn't work properly. Attempted to sign in several times with the correct username and password, but the app kept on saying incorrect password. Also, no one was on site to provide assistance. I have been to that office many times during the middle of the day and found no one working.

Because your website states convenient fee free payment with your bank account, but that’s not the case. It’s false advertisement and you charged me a ton of extra money using that lie. When I called the store, I was informed that only applies if you are enrolled in auto pay, which it doesn’t state that anywhere on your website. Not to mention you keep jacking up the prices monthly. Horrible experience.

CubeSmart of Rocky Hill is excellent. It’s clean inside, it’s safe, customer service is excellent with Daria. Love it!!!!

The facility is very good and managed well. Too many price raises woo tied me about the future! Forced me to consider it’s necessity.

Always accommodating

The manager was there and answered all my questions with knowledge and grace. I will be back in the fall to store my convertible.
