Decent and safe location

Although unit was fine price was not. It had gone up and it wasn’t even 6 months. Disappointed

The storage facility is well packed and very nice looking inside. The different things they have to offer is very good. The office staff is excellent. She was very helpful. Very pleasant. She could be my new best friend.🤗

I have been with you for six years and it keeps going up. The two storage units I have are identical and both have different rates, which I don't understand. Then you offer new customers the same size unit, which I have, at a much lower rate but you don't do anything for long time customers. I can get the same space for $125.00 a month at a different storage facility. I may take the time and move my other unit to different location to save money. I just need to find the time and help.
