Unprofessional women: Gwen and Terry are rude and lack customer service. The two of them enjoy talking on the phone and Terry sure has a big appetite (pig). The ceiling has numerous wet spots. Too much $.

CubeSmart corporate pricing tales advantage of their customers by systematically raising prices the longer they are customers. We saw a 200-300% increase in just 4 years. This is atrocious.The local staff was VERY professional and helpful. But pricing policy is not within their control.

The facility is clean. The workers sre kind and very responsible. The moving van was able to park nesr the facility and workers were able to get everything in.
