It is a clean place and your workers are so helpful and organized.

Although the facility and service is excellent, making automatic payments rather than monthly payments is the only way to go without being seriously penalized. Additionally, the price hikes are insane. I would think that in order to retain customers for longer periods of time you would make it worth their while or at least attempt to appeal to the customers. But yet again the shareholders and CEO have their bottom line. I've seen many good businesses fail in the long run with this type of model.
