The accessibility and the location was a big reason why I chose it in the first place and that continued to still be a really big convenience to me up until I moved to the other side of Bentonville. But the reason I really gave it a 10 is because of the service; anybody I’ve ever talked to has been incredibly helpful, kind and forgiving and even if I didn’t do the move out process in the most correct way, they still understood and I really appreciated that. I think in the three years that I’ve had the storage I talked to three separate people and every time they were nicer than the last payment.
