This was the very best storage rental facility I have ever encountered. From the ease of opening up the account, to the attentiveness of the staff, everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner.

Customer service of Robin and Kris was amazing. Those two work together to make sure the experience is easy and answered any questions, they explain every detail from A to Z with clarity. And, they are relationship sales people , not just trying to get the clients in and out, but really take the time to get to know the clinets! I LOVE that! I would refer this location in a hearbeat just because of them. And the facility was very nice, clean!

Your worker was excellent . She was very clear about the rules and the price of the storage unit . I think that her name is Robin .The price of the storage unit was very fair . I appreciate the price because I’m a senior citizen living on a limited income. .

Staff is very nice, price is affordable, super easy to set everything up and the staff is avail to help during business hours. They let me know what I needed to do to get everything set up and what I needed to know once I no longer needed the storage unit. The location was easy to find and it’s clean !

Service is amazing and it was snow fall when went back to get our car and we had baby . It was freezing and amazing thing is that they have extra heated room 24 hours open . That really help us . Really they are amazing and proce is very genuine.
