I had a huge issues with the snow removal. Even weeks after the snow storm things were not clear. And not only were they not clear, but there was huge piles outside the unit that we had to schlep boxes over. I 100% understand that this was a very abnormal snowstorm for our area and lots of people were having issues. But even weeks later, the piles still had not been removed. And not only not removed, but essentially piled in front of the unit, making it even harder to get in.

Safe and clean

The space was good, the app is excellent. The problem is that automatic price increases. VERY quickly, the space becomes unaffordable and there is no reason for the increases in such a short period of time. Nothing changed that should have driven my price up by more than 100 dollars in less than one year.

They raise the price every month

I am not pleased at all with your services, especially your outrageous charges I paid for 7 years and 2 months that I kept my belongings in yout storage unit.
