I had a disappointing experience with this storage company. I was initially given one quote, but when I returned to accept it, the price had changed. I also was not provided with complete information regarding the insurance requirements and other associated fees. Clear and transparent communication is important when customers are making decisions, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience.

Customers service was exceptional

I feel the process was very easy. Management was very easy to work with as well. They were very on top of their duties and made sure I was taken care of. I also like that it was easy enough that I didn't have to meet with anyone because my schedule can sometimes be very sporadic and being able to check in and out on my own was great. But also knowing that if I ever needed help there was always someone there to help me was very reassuring.

I have been a customer for about a year and a half, and I have been satisfied with the service. Customer service at cubesmart is very professional and they possess a quality of care.

Facility was terrific, but over about a 7 year period my rental fee went from about $170 to $471 per month. That is way out of line for inflation.

Excellent customer service each and every time I had to interact with the staff.

The cost is too expensive and you had too many increases on the storage unit.
