Great personality and very professional.

Your office staff (specf. Samantha) in Roseland, NJ routinely lie, manipulate and gaslight just to make a sale; your units are ALL shorted by at least 1 to 2 feet from what is advertised and promised under the user contract (I've measured every vacant model myself); your price increases are VERY frequent and EGREGIOUSLY exorbitant. I did give you guys one (1) star for the cleanliness of the facility, which is still in very new condition; although, for the life of me I cannot understand why you chose to install wall-to-wall carpeting, which is a massive fire hazard and will certainly be damaged by spills and wear/tear in the future.

This is my third time using this Roseland NJ storage facility (formerly Eagle Rock Storage). I have used other storage units in NJ and VA, and this location is by far the best experience of them all. The staff is wonderful and the facility is always spotless. Use this facility when you have the need !

I just downsized to a smaller unit in Cube Smart because I did not need to keep all I had in my bigger unit.Employees are always very kind, understanding of my needs, and helpful.

The staff and the service are exceptional. Nicole is very helpful so is the other young lady whose name escapes my memory now.

Became too costly. I did not receive a confirmation receipt that I had moved all of my things out of my storage unit -#: Y105.

After deciding to use your services the rental rate schedule of increases was explained to me. I found the rate at which the increase occur a bit disconcerting, (i.e. the possibility of an increase twice in one year).

Very clean facility with easy access. I'm not pleased however with receiving a 50% price increase in less than one year. I offered to pay 12 months up front to get my original rate but was told "they don't do that"
