Office staff in Roseland, NJ is great.Units are clean and cool in temp. Perfect for what we’re storing.

I had a great experience at this CubeSmart location! The facility is well maintained, Samantha and Nicole took excellent care of me they were professional, super nice, and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!

The price of the rental went up considerably soon after we took it. This was never explained and once you are there not easy to move out. Terrible experience.

Very helpful, friendly staff on premises. Clean facility, ease of loading/unloading (big parking lot, wagons available to move items.)

When, after 4 years of having a storage unit, when closing the locker we had a rush and accidentally left some stuff in the unit which we did not intend to do! In fact it was a computer tower with valuable images. Rather than checking with us and reminding us so we could get it and properly clean the unit out, they threw everything away in the dumpster and the call I got was rude and disrespectful. Not what I expected having had a good experience until then and we always paid on time. Also, the dark corridors with lights going out made it difficult to go to the locker alone!

It was great but got way too expensive. The facility was always cleanZ the bathrooms are locked which in unfortunate if your moving out and have to use the bathroom.
