Very helpful, friendly staff on premises. Clean facility, ease of loading/unloading (big parking lot, wagons available to move items.)

When, after 4 years of having a storage unit, when closing the locker we had a rush and accidentally left some stuff in the unit which we did not intend to do! In fact it was a computer tower with valuable images. Rather than checking with us and reminding us so we could get it and properly clean the unit out, they threw everything away in the dumpster and the call I got was rude and disrespectful. Not what I expected having had a good experience until then and we always paid on time. Also, the dark corridors with lights going out made it difficult to go to the locker alone!

It was great but got way too expensive. The facility was always cleanZ the bathrooms are locked which in unfortunate if your moving out and have to use the bathroom.

The facility was secure and clean. The climate controlled storage was perfect. The location was convenient and the price was just right for the amount of space I needed. The price did increase after a few months which was a bit of a bummer, but it all worked out. The staff was also very friendly and nice to deal with.

the pricing is straight robbery, especially the rate and percentage at which it increases month over month, so insane
