The staff is friendly, the facility is well kept, and the experience was seamless. I reserved a unit online and received a call to confirm everything before I had a chance to finish reading the welcome email. I called back with questions that were answered promptly and politely. This was my first time using a storage unit of any kind, and the process was so easy that I will use CubeSmart again if I need storage in the future.

The cost was too high. Some of the staff acted like it was a chore to help if you needed something, almost like they didn’t like their jobs.

With this facility for 5 years. Customer service oriented. Easy to contact with any issues. Willing to help out with account items.

Didn't have any real issues, but the lack of carts was an inconvenience at times, and the exterior vehicle gates were inoperable far too frequently.

The application is easy and simple and there is always someone at the office to guide you through. The staff is friendly and polite, explained all the details before you even make payment
