Very nice very clean, great customer service but the monthly payment is way too high like very ridiculous. I don’t understand or know any STORAGE that is ever charged as much as you guys do. I could not afford it for the price y’all charge I should’ve been able to live in it.

The store is constantly closed for whatever reason; staff is always unavailable and you can't purchase basic moving goods and my storage fee went up about $50 two months after my leasing the space. I will not use again or recommend. I had to call the corporate office twice looking for staff members to open the store. It's just unprofessional.

The staff is friendly, the facility is well kept, and the experience was seamless. I reserved a unit online and received a call to confirm everything before I had a chance to finish reading the welcome email. I called back with questions that were answered promptly and politely. This was my first time using a storage unit of any kind, and the process was so easy that I will use CubeSmart again if I need storage in the future.

The cost was too high. Some of the staff acted like it was a chore to help if you needed something, almost like they didn’t like their jobs.

With this facility for 5 years. Customer service oriented. Easy to contact with any issues. Willing to help out with account items.

I love your storage building. Its clean and easy to get to. Always felt safe leaving my stuff in storage.Just the price kept going up past the normal going rate.I would have stayed if it was affordable.
