The prices kept coming up, however the facilities were more run down each month. Trash, elevators not working, etc..

The reason is because you do not have enough carts to unload your items. Having 1-2 carts per floor that you hope you can find makes it very difficult to utilize your facilities.

Cost is too high AND increases every year. In addition, It takes a lot of effort to contact in office staff via phone.

When I needed to get into my storage, I was unable get in elevator was broken. Staff was great everyone was very nice. I would give the staff a 10 out 10
