I liked the added security requirements for codes to access elevators. Access to carts was somewhat of a challenge. Office staff was always friendly.

I had an excellent Experience. The facility was clean, My unit was conveniently accessible. The staff was very easy to talk to and they were very accommodating. If I ever need storage again...I'll be back.
