Very honest

The units do not have doors that close with a seal so debris, dirt and bugs get in. And the quarterly price hikes with zero improvement to the units is honestly wild to expect. We moved to a new unit, same size but indoor with a proper door and I’m paying a locked in price of $60 cheaper.

Easy process

Units are very clean and secure. Staff in the office was very helpful and courteous. Facility seems to be well maintained.

The insurance that you require that we pay should not be required. The items I had in the storage unit (mostly Christmas decorations) were probably only worth $500.00.
