Gate is never closed during the day, my unit has already been broken into once and so I didn't feel my items were being safely stored.

Way overpriced scamming customers that are moving out, changing the prices ripping off the customer.

Nice place to have your stuff but I couldn't afford the price plus the rent increase

Those people are rude and the facility is not secure because the gate was stuck open every night the whole time our stuff was there and people were in their cars all night just not ok

Friendly staff, ease of access

Very good experience. There was a small mix-up with pricing, but otherwise good.

It's close to me and I like the location it's close to the freeway.

Convenient location and prices

It was simple to reserve and rent online, plus the app was easy and handy. I did think that $19 for a lock you can't use again was a bit much but the cylinder lock was easier to use than the loop lock. I also thought the insurance being required and for another$16/mo was too much. I didn't have a lot of valuable stuff in the so an option to opt out would of been nice.

No issues. Area well maintained and clean. Didnt need to have much contact with managers, but did when new doors where installed. Manager was pleasant and kept us informed of the date of the door to our unit removal and replacement
