Clean, secure, friendly staff. Robert always treated us well. Location was good and easy to access our storage. Wish there were more carts and still for each floor and not just common.

The fluctuating prices. The passive aggressive phone call about my reservation on a Monday and that if I didn’t come it would be cancelled even though he called me an hour before to confirm it.
