I highly recommend the CubeSmart at 4121 Sienna Parkway due mainly to the integrity, professionalism, and kindness of the staff, most notably Robert and Tom. They keep the place super clean and make sure that all your needs are met. In particular, they helped my family with a host of logistical problems related to the packing, temporary storage, and picking up of a UPack moving pod. Without their help, it could have been a disaster.

Basing my review on my experience at the facility on McHard Road. Our camper was stolen in broad daylight. The security at the site turned out to be horrible. Lack of sufficient cameras. Lack of sufficient screening of people entering and leaving.

The whole process was very easy, but what made it better was the customer service by Robert Blong at the Sienna location in Missouri City, Tx. He is extremely helpful, and it was very nice working out the details with him. Also, the facilities are very clean and well taken care of, which makes you feel good about leaving your belongings.
