The whole process was very easy, but what made it better was the customer service by Robert Blong at the Sienna location in Missouri City, Tx. He is extremely helpful, and it was very nice working out the details with him. Also, the facilities are very clean and well taken care of, which makes you feel good about leaving your belongings.

Price kept increasing to a ridiculous amount.

Cost rise quickly. Other storages we have had did not rise as quickly as this one. Would not use Cubesmart again because of this. Need more moderate price increases over time. Cubesmart increases are too frequent and not justified.

The gentleman that works in the office is great!

Price rose very fast in less than a year for one of our units, thus, we are having to relocate to Extra Space Storage. Advertised full price rate online is considerably lower than what we were paying, thus, very unfair. We've had storage units at other locations and didn't have the same price escalation. The moving company informed us that this has happened to several people they have move from Cubesmart...thus, it seems like it's a Cubesmart thing. Thus, I cannot recommend.

It’s a good, secure storage space, but the carts are entirely too small, you need larger ones so you have less trips.
